Need Tracking information on a ROFU shipment… It’s just so easy!

We originally posted this in December 2014, and so many of you have told us that this is the coolest way to track!!  We miss your calls, but we know we all are getting a chance to be more productive.  This is one of the ways that ROFU tries to help you with a free service from UPS, it’s just another bit of customer service we want to pass on to you.

EVERYONE should be doing this.

Try it! Track via the ‘reference number’ option on UPS, this is an excellent bit of customer service that EVERYONE should use!

Try it! We consistently enter your purchase order number on Reference Line 1, as  PO # Number goes here

So go here:  ups.com
to the Tracking option on http://www.ups.com upsmenu Then click on Track by Reference

NOW enter YOUR PO number just like this refjust like this
PO # __________ and YOUR shipment information should come up!

(make sure the stuff in red is that way)
Capital P Capital O Space # Space then your Purchase Order number
If it was entered correctly the tracking information will magically appear on your screen 🙂  Have an Awesomer Day!

The original standby for email tracking:

If you supply us with an email address on your purchase orders we’ll add it to our shipment and at our close of shipping day UPS will send you an email that will contain the tracking number, your PO number, our sales confirmation number, and the destination address and arrival date.

This is a great service but we have found out in a lot of cases the email goes to the buyer and the tracking number never gets entered into the system or passed onto the right staff member as sometimes the emails are marked as spam so no one will  see them, so much wanted and need information LOST.  The reason we know this is because within a couple of days we get telephone calls from the sales person requesting tracking information or shipping date.
